black jack is a game that brings to mind an image of a rollercoaster. It is a game that starts slowly, but gradually gains speed. As you slowly build up your profit, you feel like you are making moves to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom drops.
Blackjack is so incredibly like a wild ride the similarities are alarming. As is the case with the popular amusement experience, your black jack game will peak and things will be going well for awhile before it bottoms out yet again. Of course you have to be a blackjack player that is able to readjust to the ups … downs of the game especially given that the game of black jack is choked full of them.
If you like the mini coaster, a coaster that does not go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the roller coaster ride is with a much bigger bet, then hop on board for the ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high-roller will love the view from the monster wild ride because he/she is not mentally processing the drop as they rush hastily to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few bettors adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that is an awesome feeling, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to toss and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.
If you do not, you will not necessarily recall how much you enjoyed everything while your profit was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a mad ride and your head in the stratosphere. As you are thinking on "what ifs", you won’t always remember how "high up" you went but you will have memories of that mortifying drop as clear as day.
