I have played millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I began working my way into the casinos when I was 16. I have gambled on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent all kinds of cash at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the casino.
I still like the game and play on a frequent basis. Over the years I have played a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get rich with this method or beat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is founded on the idea that 21 appears to be a match of streaks. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the wager back down to the original sum.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely thrilling on occasion. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very quick. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a number of years ago with $750 after 20 minutes using this technique! And a number of weeks ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!
You must comprehend that you can squander a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the streaks you notice gamble this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.
Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the initial 5 dollar wager
Wager $5
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Wager ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $10 bet
Bet 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the first 20 dollar wager
Wager 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $40
Wager $40
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the first 40 dollar wager
Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $80
Bet $80
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 80 dollar bet
Wager eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $160
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the initial 160 dollar bet
If you left at this moment you would be up $315 !!
It’s herculean to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you must NOT alter and drop your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
