I have wagered on countless of hands of vingt-et-un. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have gambled on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost an abundance of money at chemin de fer. The gambling halls have made it nearly impossible to beat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and play on a regular basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this tactic or beat the casino, nonetheless you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is based on the idea that chemin de fer appears to be a match of streaks. When you are hot your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the bet back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Flamingo a couple of years back with $750 after 30 mins using this method! And a number of months ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can give up much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice wagering this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.
Bet $5
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 5 dollar wager
Wager 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Wager ten dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the original 10 dollar bet
Bet 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Bet $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the first $20 bet
Wager $20
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the first forty dollar bet
Bet $40
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $80
Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the first eighty dollar bet
Wager eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 160 dollar bet
If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s herculean to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and drop your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
